Wild Blueberry Balsamic Dressing

Makes 1 ½ cups

1 cup Wild Blueberries (defrosted)

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon agave or maple syrup

½ teaspoon salt

1. Add all ingredients to a mini food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth.

Perfect served over a tossed green salad or grilled chicken or salmon.
