Wild Blueberry Coconut Smoothie
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries, plus a little extra for topping smoothies
½ cup frozen cherries
1 small orange, peel removed
½ cup coconut water
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or can substitute a complementary flavored yogurt)
2 Tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- Add frozen Wild Blueberries and all ingredients, except the shredded coconut, in a high speed blender and process until smooth.
- Top with additional frozen Wild Blueberries and shredded coconut.
- Serve Immediately
