½ cup Frozen wild blueberries
¼ cup pineapple
½ Avocado
¼-½ cup low-fat milk (dairy)
¾ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia
1 tsp turmeric
½ cup cooked beets
½ tsp fresh or ground ginger

Layer ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serves 1 as a meal replacement, 2 as a snack.
