1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
2 Medjool dates, pits removed
½ cup vanilla Greek or Icelandic yogurt
¼ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 cup almond milk

Optional Toppings: 
rolled oats
cinnamon

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Divide into two glasses; garnish if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
