Wild Blueberry Energy Bars
1 cup chopped, pitted dates
½ cup almonds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup frozen fresh Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup (2 scoops) protein powder (use your favorite vanilla or chocolate)
½ cup almond butter
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.
Press into an 8×8 pan and refrigerate 1 hour.
Cut into 6-8 bars and store in fridge until ready to eat.
