ACV Wild Blueberry Syrup Directions

Add your frozen wild blueberries to a pan and begin heating over medium heat. As your wild blueberries defrost and you begin to see some liquid forming on the bottom of the pan (approx. 2 mins), add in your white sugar. Stir constantly for 5-7 minutes, smashing the wild blueberries with a wooden spoon. Do not let your syrup boil! Once the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat and fine strain your syrup into a heatproof bowl. Press on the berries in the strainer to release all their juices. Discard the blueberry mash and let your syrup cool for 30 minutes. Once your syrup is cool, add the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine. Transfer to a closed container and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Ginger Syrup Directions

Roughly chop your ginger root into 1” pieces and set aside. There is no need to take the skin off the ginger root. Combine the sugar and hot water into a heatproof bowl and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved to create a simple syrup. Add equal parts ginger root and simple syrup into the blender and blend until smooth. You can do this in as many batches as needed, depending on the size of your blender. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing on the ginger mash to release all of the juices. Transfer to a closed container and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. *Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Cocktail Syrup is a great store bought substitution.
