Makes one mocktail.

Mocktail Ingredients:

1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 oz ACV Blueberry Syrup*

5-7 Mint Leaves

Sparkling Water

ACV Wild Blueberry Syrup Ingredients

2 ⅔ cups (500g) Frozen Wild Blueberries

2 ½ cups (500g) White Sugar

4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Mocktail Directions:

Add all of your ingredients besides the sparkling water to your shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously for ~15 seconds. Using a fine strainer, strain your drink into a chilled coupe. Straining your drink is extra important here so you don’t get flecks of mint into your cocktail! Top your drink with your favorite sparkling water, garnish with a mint leaf, and enjoy.

ACV Wild Blueberry Syrup Directions

Add your  frozen wild blueberries to a pan and begin heating over medium heat. As your wild blueberries defrost and you begin to see some liquid forming on the bottom of the pan (approx 2 mins), add in your white sugar. Stir constantly for 5-7 minutes, smashing the wild blueberries with a wooden spoon. Do not let your syrup boil! Once the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat and fine strain your syrup into a heatproof bowl. Press on the berries in the strainer to release all their juices. Discard the blueberry mash and let your syrup cool for 30 minutes. Once your syrup is cool, add the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine. Transfer to a closed container and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
