8 ounces Neufchatel or regular cream cheese, softened

¼ teaspoon almond extract

¼-½ cup frozen wild blueberries

2-4 bagels (preferably plain, cinnamon raisin, or other sweet bagel)

Optional additional sides: honey or chocolate graham crackers

  1. Remove cream cheese about 30-60 minutes before you plan on serving so it’s easier to mix.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon almond extract to softened cream cheese. Then gently fold in ¼-½ cup frozen wild blueberries.
  3. Cut up bagels, toast if desired. Serve with dip, to dip into cream cheese for an easy family breakfast.

You can also serve this as an afternoon snack, graham crackers and other crackers are great dipped into this wild blueberry cream cheese dip.
